Custom wood doors are generally built to architectural specifications from blueprints. They are usually doors that cannot be found pre-manufactured and need to be custom built for every individual application. Sometimes a door is just an odd size and has to be hand made in order to fit the opening. Secured Entries has had just that same exact scenario. A woman was replacing her garage door and it was 20 feet wide! You just won’t find a common, mass produced wood garage door anywhere that comes in a 20 foot width! Custom wood doors are just that; they’re usually doors that a client has an idea for and would like to see built to his/her specifications. Some clients like to ‘mix and match.’ They like the herringbone look for example, but on a flat panel door with a glass top section (lites). Let us know if you have any custom ideas for your own door, and we will create a drawing for you, modifying it until we get it exactly the way that you want it.
